OVERWIEW

1.     This assocation was registered as “ China Business Association Ho Chi Minh Branch (CBAH)”.

2.     This is a non-profit organization.

3.     Registered office address:  Floor 6 Lawrence S. Ting Building,  Nguyen Van Linh Road, Tan Phu Ward , District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

AIMS

The purpose of association is that promoting economic and trading , investment cooperation between Vietnam and China. Connecting two countries to communicate and expand business with guideline “mutually beneficial, focus on efficiency, emphasis on quality,  forms of diversity, common development”.

TASKS

1.     To investigate and understanding of Vietnam’s economic development plan, the development and demand of market, collecting and translating all documents related to legislation and regulations on taxation, customs, financial, economic  were  issued by Vietnam Government.

2.     To provide legal consulting service, helping members to resolve trade and investment disputes, protect the interests of Chinese enterprises.

3.     With Vietnam government to participate and organize activities of economic exchanges between business associations and the relevant Vietnamese authorities.

4.     To promote mutual understanding between the two countries and cooperation between all members by organizing frendship activities.

5.     With local and national Vietnamese authorities to organize activities of consulting, helping and services in establishing a business framework of Chinese enterprises at local.
