Executing process

1.Step 1 (15 days): Propose location of investment project. In case investors have not determined the location of investment yet, information on the location of investment shall be provided.

2.Step2 (12 days): Apply for a principle approval of the investment ( for those investors who have determinded investment locations or have completed step 1)

3.Step3 (7 to 15 days ): Issuance of Planning certificate; if not, information on planning of construction shall be provide.

4.Step4 (10 to 15 days): Issuance of Investment Certificate.

5.Step5 (15 to 24 days ): Procedures of land use (Land granting, land leasing, land use purpose changes, issuance of certificate of land use rights).

6.Step6 (9 to 14 days):appraisal and approval procedures on fire protection and environmental impact assessment or environment commitments.

7.Step7(14 days): construction Design Verification (for works which do not use the state budget)

8.Step8(10 days):Issuance of construction permission.

Total: 8 steps, 148 to 169 working days.

Executing process

1.Step1: Prepare full dossier as prescribed by law.

2.Step2:

-Submit at dossier reception and release counter at Dong Thap Economic Zone Management Broad office.

-The reception officer will checks the legality and content of dossiers：

+ If the dossier is valid, a receipt will be issued to the applicant.

+ If the dossier is invalid, the officer will advise the applicant to amend and resubmit timely

+ Dossier reception time : Business hours, every dy of the week except Saturday, Sunday, Holidays.

3.Step3: Get the Certificate at the Dossier Reception and Release Counter.
